Over the years, we've developed and refined a unique management style. We have a strong "management by walking around" culture. Senior managers frequently visit job sites, suggesting ways to improve the timeliness, cost effectiveness, safety and quality of our work. This ensures that experienced senior managers are familiar with each project and able to move quickly to help deal with unanticipated field conditions or changing client needs.
