N.L. has no immediate openings for personnel at this time. Below is a brief overview of the duties and requirements for each position. Equipment Superintendents -responsible for all equipment personnel, safety, hiring and training, maintaining equipment on a job location, understanding of cost control measures, setting up equipment moves, communication skills, basic computer skills, parts and inventory control, setting up jobsite maintenance plans, i.e. purchasing, spill prevention, safety, crew hiring, scheduling, etc. Heavy Equipment Mechanics -repair and troubleshooting skills on heavy equipment hydraulic and electrical systems, CDL drivers license, welding and fabrication skills, etc. Lubrication Personnel -perform oil changes, oil sampling, greasing, fueling and minor repairs on a wide variety of construction equipment, basic computer skills, inventory monitoring of fuel, oils and greases, CDL drivers license with a hazardous waste endorsement, etc. Maintenance Supervisors -supervise mechanics, welders and lubrication personnel in the maintenance and repair of various construction equipment, planning and assigning work to be performed, basic computer skills, troubleshooting skills in hydraulics, electrical and powertrain systems, communication, organization skills, etc. Maintenance Engineers -scheduling and maintaining maintenance records, basic computer skills, (i.e. word processing, spreadsheets and windows); purchasing, knowledge and fundamental basics of hydraulics, electrical (AC & DC), engine (diesel & gas), etc. Applicants should possess one or more of the following qualifications:
